Ladies and Gentlemen: Zac Van Baars. Yesterday he volunteered to be my Assistant Director during a shoot that was far less than practical. I had to steadicam and direct a one-shot music video as I navigated through a practically abandoned shipping yard. He was guiding me on where to go during all of the shots, because lots of the time I had to walk backwards while steadicaming which is really hard.
